The aim of the Anxiety and Mood Management 1-1 sessions is to share tools and techniques to empower you to take control of your moods and to provide a safe space in which to explore what might be beneficial to you.

Tools and topics that might be covered, depending on which are appropriate, include:

MEDITATION

During a meditation you will guided through a series of relaxing visualisations, encouraging the mind to clear and body to rest. As well as connecting strongly with both mother earth and spirit to allow grounding and receptivity, you’ll be expanding and clearing each of your seven main chakras, releasing energetic blockages and helping to strengthen and protect you aura. Our guided meditations aim to be both relaxing and empowering, helping you to understand, energise and protect your physical and energetic body.
